At 16, I learned the utter importance of breath when my lungs collapsed. That rehabilitation was my first experience of breath-work.

Then at 28, I was given the name Pavanjeet which means “victory of the breath of life” or “teacher of victory”. This sparked a curiosity of how to utilize the breath to overcome life’s challenges.

BREATHE is the result of my own profound experience of over 10 years of daily practice. Over the last 5 years, I’ve offered this course to hundreds of clients finding profound results with simple tools and a 20 minute daily practice.

  • To encourage active learning and participation, classes are not recorded. If you’re unable to attend in person you can join the zoom live-stream but classes are highly interactive and not recorded to watch after.

  • As long as you don’t miss the first or second session, you’ll be on track! If you need to miss two or more classes it would be better to find another time to take the course.

  • We explore a wide-variety of breath-work/pranayama practices in this course. Overall we focus on practices that are self-regulating and not intended to overwhelm participants.

  • This course is for everyone. You need no prior yoga or breathwork experience to be successful in this course.

  • The 40 Day commitment is a 20-30 minute daily practice of movement and seated deep-breathing. The practice can be done in the morning or evening and is offered in stages over the first three weeks. The core breath-work practice everyone will do throughout the 40 days and other parts that are selective based on participant's experience, needs and strengths. An audio and an illustrated guide will support you in your home practice.
