Good sleep is the foundation of our health. Unfortunately many struggle with falling and staying asleep. In this workshop discover breath-work and meditations from Kundalini Yoga proven to significantly improve sleep.
Then rest in the healing vibrations of four gongs: 36” Pastie Brilliant, 32” Paiste Symphonic, 28” Paiste Bronze #9 and Gangland Infinity Gong balance the physically, emotionally, and mentally. The sound of the gongs relieve stress, fight fatigue and develop inner harmony.
You’ll leave with practices and tools to immediately develop better sleep hygiene and more restful sleep. While also experiencing deeper states of relaxation.
No prior experience necessary. Everyone can benefit from the practices in this workshop, especially those struggling with sleeplessness, insomnia, fatigue, chronic stress or anxiety.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Blankets and bolsters available in studio. Yoga mats are available for rent.
The gong is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated or under the influence of recreational drugs during the gong.
