Refund Policy: All transactions have a $100 non-refundable service fee - the remaining payment is refundable until September 4, 2026 12:00PM. From September 4, 2026 to the course start date you can receive a 50% refund of amount paid. Partial refunds issued at facilitator’s discretion after course start date of September 9, 2026.

F.A.Q.

  • To encourage active learning and participation, classes are not recorded. If you’re unable to attend in person you can join the zoom live-stream but classes are highly interactive and not recorded to watch after.

  • As long as you don’t miss the first or second session, you’ll be on track! If you need to miss two or more classes it would be better to find another time to take the course.

  • This course is designed to be accessible yet challenging to meet a wide array of experiences. Most of the practices are calming and regulating supporting vitality and inner peace.

  • This course is for everyone. You need no prior yoga or breathwork experience to be successful in this course. If you are new to having a home practice, I will recommend you pick the shortest home practice to do for 40 days.

  • There are options for the daily home practice: 25 minutes, 35 minutes and 45 minutes. Based on your experience, needs, strengths and time-constraints, you can select the perfect practice for your journey. An audio and an illustrated guide will support you in your home practice.
