To encourage active learning and participation, classes are not recorded. If you’re unable to attend in person you can join the zoom live-stream but classes are highly interactive and not recorded to watch after.

As long as you don’t miss the first session you’ll be on track! If you need to miss more than one class it would be better to find another time to take a course with me. I can also catch you up on the material you missed in our one-on-one session.

The daily practice is 25 minute of Kundalini Yoga, Breath-work and Meditation. It’s dynamic yet accessible for new students. The core practice is a 3-part breath-work sequence that will stay consistent for the full 6 weeks / 40 days. The yoga exercises will evolve every other week to increase vitality, release stagnation and integrate stillness.
