“Our sessions together introduced and opened me up to a new relationship with my nervous system and the interconnection of all things in my body, my mind, and my past, present, and future.

Pavanjeet holds profound space where he intuitively follows the unspoken varying needs of each session working stuck energy and trauma through and out of the body. His ability to confront and guide energy in the body is a gift that has had a major impact on my life. I am grateful to have worked with him and I look forward to more of these powerful and heart-opening sessions.”

This was my first experience with breath work, and really anything of this nature outside of some yoga. I’d love to learn more about other sessions or workshops you host.”

“The retraining of my nervous system to relax during times of distress is one of the greatest gifts I receive each time I walk away from a class, workshop or gong bath with Pavanjeet.

Through humor, heart-intelligence and devotion to his own path of healing he walks the talk and it’s obvious he’s on a journey just like everyone of us in class.  I cherish this transmission of solidarity and welcoming everything to be present.  From here, anything is possible, alone and together.”

“I'm so grateful I found Pavanjeet as a guide in my life, as a kundalini teacher and astrologer. Pavanjeet embodies this beautiful balance of wit and wisdom, inspiration and humility, effortlessness and precision, teacher and friend.

His insights give me deeper trust in my soul's path and help me focus on the parts of me I want to develop and bring to light. Pavanjeet's love for his work is obvious and contagious; I feel radiant being in his radiance.”

- Jess Harshman, Ibiza

“Kundalini is so focused on experience that, when pressed to put words to my experiences, I always feel sorta cheap, dull, obvious. I want to use the word ‘transformative’ to describe Pavanjeet’s teaching, but after I type the word, it just sits there on the screen and stares back at me like, “that’s all you got?”

So maybe I can describe it differently.

Kundalini came into my life during a time of personal crisis. I was struggling to find the emotional and physical strength to begin mending some very ancient and stubborn wounds. Until my first class with Pavanjeet, I had (boldly and naively) rejected yoga as a healing modality; room temperature notwithstanding, I’d just been to too many yoga classes in which the hot air of pseudo-spiritual competition and conceit squelched my breathing. In other words, it had the opposite effect. But desperation is its own form of motivation, and that’s how I arrived in my first Kundalini class with Pavanjeet - as a hard skeptic with a trickle of soft hope.

Not everyone who knows things can teach them. The best teachers have a combination of knowledge, wisdom, and humility that instantly draws you in. They have a youthful optimism and a quirky kind of grit that never seems to compromise credibility or impact. They have the guts to treat vulnerability as a strength. They know how to explain complex concepts in a way that not only simplifies, but makes you feel smart for understanding. They break rules, but only because they’ve first taken the time to learn the rules before deciding that some need to be broken. They teach because they want to share their passion more than their knowledge. They are motivated by feeling, not image. They never preach or profess, always inspire. The relationship that they nurture is not between you and them, but between you and yourself.

When you find one of those kind of teachers, please take note and tell the world. They are a rare and endangered species. Pavanjeet is among them.”

- Courtney Loveman, Brand Strategy Advisor

“BREATHE was just what I needed to reinforce my existing Pranayama and Kundalini practice, this time with community accountability and a level of guidance that offered many pearls from which to deepen my practice. This course has helped me connect more deeply with my full breath, discover ways I was still breathing too shallow, while helping me get comfortable with exploring and pushing past my edges.”

- Johnnie Heider-Kuhn, Clinical Herbalist

“The evening at Starhouse addressed my little inner beast; my nervous system was truly nourished and calmed. I felt so uplifted and affirmed by Pavanjeet’s gentle and inspiring introductory astrological forecast about what is to come. I could absolutely feel the effectiveness of the kriya to reduce fear, something that I am aware of on a daily basis. I was grateful to have something to help me diminish it.

The most profound part of the evening was during the gong bath. I saw my (larger) light body become released and I felt a sense of deep relief as this has been trapped in too confined a space for far too long. I sensed other light bodies around me. I was deeply relaxed and floating in the light of the rising moon. Overall, it was a soul nurturing and divine experience. I left with peace and a happy confidence that our world is indeed becoming heaven on earth.”

- Adelyn Jones, Boulder CO

Having attended many gong baths, a 6-week courses, numerous yoga classes and workshops facilitated by Pavanjeet, I feel well informed by his teachings and also able to explore the expanses and depths of my being in a safe container that also gives space to discomfort in profoundly healing ways. There is such beauty in what Pavanjeet shares. What he offers for true gifts.”

“As a clinical psychologist I remain fascinated by the varied forms of healing provided in a number of different therapeutic milieus. Given the state of the world, my continued curiousity in to often non-traditional forms of healing seems a worthy endeavor on both a personal and professional level. My most recent adventure has been in to the healing powers of sound therapy…

Bathing in the resonating sound of these instruments allows for the power of sound to alter our brain waves. Which in turn contributes to a deep state of relaxation and peace.

Science allows for both its validity and reliability. And yet personal experience brought added credibility. Giving words to a practice that is wordless is a journey in itself. As I bathed in the sound of gongs, the vibration slowly washed away self judgement. As with emotion, healing comes when we go toward the discomfort and accept that truth without self-criticism. Going toward the loud and reverberating gongs versus shying away softened the blow. It remained loud in the same way uncomfortable feelings still exist but there was a softening around the edges without resistance, that allowed for a more peaceful place and continued healing. Like an oatmeal bath, it softened the skin of discomfort. My burdens tasted sweeter with that gentle acceptance. I likened it to chocolate cake in the womb, which is the ultimate in a sweet tender safety. The reverberations enveloped me as I lay in an envelope with no borders - special delivery to the purity of the true self. The power of sound was a safe embrace which helped me view memories, experiences and my past with increased acceptance. It felt similar to viewing one’s life, no longer as a VHS home movie, but an updated digital version created from the heart and soul of a wiser more loving self.

My most recent gong bath was on a star studded summer evening at a beautiful venue in the Boulder foothills. I arrived alone, yet left welcomed by that same sparkling sky, but in the company of dear friends just by sharing the reverberating power of sound. We really are one, when we take a moment to lie on the soft blanket of the soul and just listen.”
