The best all vegetarian restaurant in town. Seasonal menus feature vegan and vegetarian takes on American cuisine, pastas, curries, and more. I’d make a reservation for a weekend.

A beautiful restaurant inside and out inspired by New Mexican cuisine. While a little slim on the vegan/vegetarian options everything here is yummy and the outdoor seating is great on a summer evening. Highly recommend a reservation this place gets very busy.

Tonic Alchemy Lounge
$-$$
A local favorite, this is the place to stop for unique tonics you won’t find anywhere else and essential oil-infused oxygen - great if the altitude is getting to you. It also has the BEST raw vegan desserts - the caramel salt torte, strawberry shortcake and cherry black forest cake are our favorites.
