Starting with the hands in Prayer Mudra at the heart center, swing the hands down quickly to the navel, then swing the hands apart with the palms facing forward and the hands out to the sides.
HAR: Swing the hands down and out to the sides.
HARAY: Swing the hands back to Prayer Mudra at the Heart Center.
HAREE: Swing the hands down and out to the sides.
WAA: Swing the hands back to Prayer Mudra at the Heart Center.
HAY: Swing the hands down and out to the sides.
GURU: Swing the hands back into Prayer Mudra at the Heart Center.
Continue for 11 minutes
To End: Inhale, hold briefly, exhale and relax.
Comments: Remember to touch the tongue to the upper palate just above the teeth for all the “r” sounds. The mantra, “Har Haray Haree Wa-hay Guru” is a mantra of the ecstatic experience of the creative, green energy aspect of the Creator. (Literally, “God, God projected out, God in Action, Wow! Indescribable Ecstasy of Going from the Darkness to the Light.) It is often used in prosperity meditations. It is also used for protection and answered prayers.
