Full Moon in Aquarius

Surrounded by candlelight, clear and replenish with the Full Moon. This workshop will start with warm up exercises from Kundalini Yoga. Then practice a special meditation for the Full Moon in Aquarius. Rest and restore in an extended gong relaxation with the 36” Paiste Brilliant Symphonic Gong, 21” Gongland Infinity Gong, large crystal singing bowls and chimes.

No experience necessary.

The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath.

Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some meditation cushions available at studio.
