Many of us struggle with stress, relaxation and sleep. Learn tools and yogic techniques to achieve more calm and better sleep. In this workshop experience a state of deep relaxation to carry into your everyday.

Our breath regulates our energy, temperature, mood and more. Discover and practice unique pranayama to achieve both a relaxed presence throughout the day and support deep sleep at night.

After unwinding through the breath, you’ll rest in the healing vibrations of gongs and chimes. This soundscape will still the mind allowing for profound rest and deep healing. The vibrations of the 22” infinity gong and 36” brilliant gong will recalibrate the emotional and physical body to relieve stress-related issues, fight fatigue and create inner harmony.

This is great workshop for anyone experiencing stress, worry or lethargy; there is no experience with breath-work, yoga or sound healing necessary. This is also an opportunity for yoga teachers, healers and health professionals to learn supportive breathing-techniques for themself and clients. Wear clothes and bring blankets/cushion to get cozy and comfy.
