Pisces Full Moon Meditation Live-Stream

This 60 minute online session starts with an explanation of the astrology of the Full Moon and other current aspects effecting us. A short set of movements and stretches from Kundalini Yoga will relax the body. Then practice a special meditation aligned with the energy of the Full Moon.

Set Up:
Before class prepare you space and set the mood: perhaps a candle, an essential oil, or a cozy blanket. Have a yoga mat, blanket, meditation cushion or pillow to sit on. Wear comfortable clothing easy to sit and move in. Log onto Zoom 5-10 minutes early.

WHY PRACTICE ON THE FULL MOON?

During the full moon, our glands are most active. This can make us feel very emotional and reactive or, if we channel that energy, it affords us the opportunity to make great gains on the inner planes and accelerate emotional healing. Our bodies are made up of nearly 70% water. The moon not lonely affects the tides of the ocean, but the tides in us as well. In fact, ancient yogic writings state that the seven oceans also exist in our bodies. Join us each month as we gather together to experience a variety of meditations to be done during the full moon and give you an experience of clarity, relaxation and community.
