1:00PM - 3:00PM : Gong Yoga

Practice a rejuvenating yoga set of movement and breath-work accented by the sound and rhythm of 11 gongs. This combination of Kundalini Kriya and cosmic sound creates a shamanic experience. On this auspicious day open a portal to your Higher Self with this profound practice.

This workshop will start with an introduction of the significant numerology and astrology of the day. Pavanjeet will guide you through an all levels yoga practice as the gongs complement each movement and pose. Eleven gongs placed around the Starhouse dodecagon will pulse a healing frequency as you awaken your inner passion.

3:30PM - 5:15PM: Gong Relaxation

Rest, restore and recharge in the vibrations of 11 gongs set in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The journey will start with gentle stretching and a meditation to relax the body and mind. Then lay back and unwind surrounded by the healing sound of 11 gongs played by three gong artists. This sound journey will support emotional release, energetic realignment and overall revitalization. Utilize this auspicious day to reinvigorate yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually.

No experience necessary.

The gong is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 7 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.
