Hours after this visible New Moon Eclipse practice a powerful set of breath-work, movement and meditation to have cathartic release and deep reset. This workshop will start with a practical forecast of current astrological influences and what to expect during this Eclipse season.

Rest, restore and recharge with the vibrations of three gongs in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The 50” symphonic gong, 36” brilliant gong and 22” infinity gong will be centered in the dodecagon of Starhouse. The journey will start with a gentle stretching and Kundalini Meditation followed by extended deep relaxation as you unwind in the vibrations of the gongs.

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions available at Starhouse.
