At sixteen Pavanjeet’s lung collapsed. The rehab that followed was his first experience of breath work. A decade later he was given the name Pavanjeet which means “wind victory” or “victory through the breath”. This course is a direct result of his own profound experience with the breath and years of daily breathwork practice.

    • As long as you don’t miss the first or second session, you’ll be on track! If you need to miss two or more classes it would be better to find another time to take the course.

    • We explore a wide-variety of breath-work/pranayama practices in this course. Overall we focus on practices that are self-regulating and not intended to overwhelm participants.
