Course intentions:
Develop your natural breath to find more ease, peace and presence
Equip you with a toolbox of breath-work quick-fix exercises to support self-regulation, falling asleep, mental clarity, relieving panic, etc.
What You Receive:
At sixteen Pavanjeet’s lung collapsed. The rehab that followed was his first experience of breath work. A decade later he was given the name Pavanjeet which means “wind victory” or “victory through the breath”. This course is a direct result of his own profound experience with the breath and years of daily breathwork practice.

Classes are NOT recorded. If you’re unable to attend in person you can join the live-stream but classes are highly interactive and not recorded to watch after.
